JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency. Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre-Roll Machine Operator 2 and/or Facility Manager. Grind, sift and mix infused products. Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine. Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations. Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard. Help maintain and organize a clean workspace. REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or mechanically inclined. Ability to work as a team and independently. Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager. Ability to multitask. Previous experience in a compliance-regulated field preferred. Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance. ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently. Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
