Counter Server
who enjoys interacting with guests, works well on a team, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient service.
About the Role (Important to Know) This is a
counter service position , not table service. Guests order at the counter, and hospitality is delivered through
pace, accuracy, teamwork, and genuine connection .

Tips are pooled and consistent , providing a meaningful supplement to the hourly rate. While tip earnings differ from traditional table service, many team members value the
predictability, teamwork, and steady take-home pay
this model offers.

Your Role As a
Counter Server / Deli Associate , you will:
Greet guests and take orders at the counter
Accurately handle POS transactions
Assist with food prep and counter presentation
Support retail stocking and organization
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
What You Bring
1+ year of food service, café, deli, or restaurant experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Professional appearance and good hygiene
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Food safety certification (ServeSafe within 30 days of hire)
