Compensation: $110k-$140k + Bonus
Join a growing outpatient orthopedic/sports‑medicine practice as the Physical Therapy Director for a fast-paced rehab facility. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a player/coach environment—balancing hands‑on clinical care with team development and operational leadership.
Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Rehab Clinic; ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance Provide patient care while mentoring and supporting OTs, PTs, PTAs, and Aides Develop and expand programs such as post‑offer testing, FCEs, and employment screenings Build strong referral and employer relationships through community outreach Maintain accurate documentation, billing practices, and departmental quality standards
Qualifications Master’s degree in healthcare or related field Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active (or eligible) state PT license 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in an outpatient environment 5+ years of direct Physical Therapy experience CPR certification; knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
