Leasing Professional
to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
sales, resident relations, and community engagement .
Affordable housing / Tax Credit experience is a plus , but not required.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Leasing experience preferred ; customer service or sales experience required
Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience a plus
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance with a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
property management software experience a plus
Comfortable using social media and online tools for marketing and leasing
Saturday availability required
Knowledge of
Fair Housing regulations
and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and tour prospective residents through the community
Present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms effectively
Qualify prospects and assist with the application and leasing process
Prepare and process lease agreements, deposits, and documentation accurately
Maintain organized prospect and resident records
Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show‑ready
Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries
Assist with marketing outreach, community events, and occupancy goals
Support compliance efforts, including Fair Housing and program requirements
