What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals for products and services via inbound/outbound calls
Manage existing account base to retain customers and reduce market churn
Identify sales opportunities and negotiate with decision makers from small business accounts
Create and submit accurate proposals and new orders following the established sales process
Respond to customer account incidents and coordinate with technical teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
1+ years of sales experience with individual monthly quotas
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience working with executives and decision makers via telephone and email
Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Self‑motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Advanced sales and/or customer service skills
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment with effective time management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and customer information systems
