This role is ideal for an experienced and data-driven SEO professional who is passionate about driving organic growth for a global e-commerce brand. You will take ownership of search engine visibility, optimizing content, technical infrastructure, and backlink strategies to improve rankings and increase qualified traffic. Collaborating closely with content, UX, and engineering teams, you will implement strategies that enhance both performance and user experience. Accountabilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities across product and content categories
Optimize on-page SEO including site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content enhancements
Manage technical SEO efforts, collaborating with engineering to improve site speed, crawlability, and structured data
Build and manage scalable link acquisition strategies to grow domain authority and secure high-quality backlinks
Collaborate with content, creative, and UX teams to enhance SEO performance and user engagement
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices
Requirements
4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, ideally in fast‑paced e-commerce or DTC environments
Proven experience in link building and off‑page SEO strategies
Strong technical SEO knowledge and familiarity with on‑page, off‑page, and content optimization
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, SEMrush)
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (content, development, UX, marketing)
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
