We’re hiring a social creator built for the scroll, capable of taking an idea from spark to publish at the speed of culture. A one-person studio: part director, part shooter, part editor. All instinct. The feed is your home turf. You know exactly how to make the algorithm your ally. What’s trending. What’s fading. What’s next. iPhone or full rig, you know how to find the frame. And whether you’re self-taught or agency-schooled, if your work stops thumbs, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. Responsibilities

Create thumb-stopping concepts for organic and paid social, across brands, platforms, and formats Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to turn sparks into fire Partner with content producers to plan and execute shoots big and small Film and edit for platform-specific content, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, whatever comes next Stay on the pulse of digital culture and tech trends Keep creative quality high and brand integrity intact Embrace AI tools, not just to keep up, but to lead the next wave of content creation Location & Commitments This is a full-time, hybrid role. That means you’re in the office at least three days a week. The rest of the time? Wherever you get your best ideas. Travel may be part of the job, to shoot, to create, to win. Qualifications

Deep fluency in today’s social platforms, and tomorrow’s A sixth sense for pop culture, subculture, and everything in between A strong visual eye and instinct for design, composition, and timing You work fast, smart, and don’t wait to be told what’s next You know how to build a presentation deck and pitch your ideas Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere (Bonus: After Effects) Comfortable both being in front and behind a camera You love to make content. You’re hungry. You’re built for the pace. A portfolio packed with work that proves it Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
