We are a loving and very intentional family in Culpeper, Virginia looking for a part time nanny to help care for our bright and energetic 3 year old daughter. She is curious, playful, incredibly intelligent, and thrives with consistency, creativity, and gentle structure. Our home environment is centered around emotional safety, patience, and positive engagement. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and understands the importance of nurturing both their confidence and their imagination. The right fit for us is warm, dependable, attentive, and calm under pressure. We value someone who can create a sense of security while also making the day fun and enriching. This is a live out, part time position with a pay rate of 20 dollars per hour. Responsibilities include supervising play, planning age appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play, supporting routines, and maintaining a safe environment at all times. We especially appreciate caregivers who are comfortable modeling healthy emotional regulation and reinforcing positive communication skills. Previous experience with toddlers is required. Experience in early childhood education, trauma informed care, or developmental support is a strong plus. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. We are hoping to find someone who can become a trusted and steady presence in our daughter’s life.
