
Job Title
Responsible for supporting the sales manager through coordination and administration of sales activity. Prepare sales shipping reports, open jobs, and coordinate with accounting. Order equipment for jobs, review and send acknowledgements to salesmen. Provide customer service to our Channel Partners by supporting their sales endeavors by answering questions regarding their orders and general inquiries as directed. Responsibilities
Order all equipment and coordinate deliveries as well as maintain open and closed job files involving work orders, purchase orders, material transfers, shipping requests, invoices and acknowledgements. Process order changes. Follow up with Freight Carriers, Quotation Representatives, Field Equipment Representatives and Sales Representatives as necessary to ensure accuracy and expeditious completion of jobs. Prepare and maintain job files including back-up paperwork as it pertains to the job. Issue PO's to manufacturing plants for required equipment. Monthly billing management: 25% first week, 25% second week, 25% third week and 25% fourth week. Prepare accurate monthly job forecasting; verify credit approvals as needed, maintain FBM updates and update weekly SSS required PBI reports. Ensure customer satisfaction (internal and external) by maintaining high level of communication through job completion. Individual must have the ability to deal with a variety of problems and customer questions. Provide written correspondence to customers, vendors and managers within company policy and guidelines. Research billing discrepancies and assist to resolve issues. Qualifications SSS I
0-2 yrs experience Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of general job aspects. Some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job. Close supervision involving detailed instructions and review of work performed. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Limited decision-making, limited customer exposure. 2-5 yrs experience Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HPC, CRM, HOPS, DART, NAVISPHERE, TEAMS) Basic equipment product knowledge. Substantiable understanding of general aspects of the job. Broad understanding of the detailed aspects of the job. General supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Exercises judgment, within defined procedures and practices, to determine appropriate actions and decision making; interact cross functionally on assignments and projects.
