SAP CRM Functional Consultant (Utilities Customer Service) - AMS

Role Description:

Own CRM functional ticket resolution supporting utility customer service processes; focus on production incidents and integration touchpoints with ECC/IS-U.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve CRM functional incidents and service requests; perform analysis, configuration support, and coordinate cross-team fixes. Troubleshoot and help resolve ECC-CRM replication errors and contract replication issues, working with integration/Basis as needed. Support operational monitoring and reporting related to CRM support (ticket status/metrics). Required Qualifications:

5+ years of SAP CRM functional experience, including production support. Experience with incident triage and ticket execution; comfortable with L1/L2/L3 concepts. Able to communicate with business users to gather missing details and drive resolution. Preferred Qualifications:

Utility-sector CRM experience (call center/customer service, service orders, contracts). Familiarity with ECC-CRM replication troubleshooting concepts (BDoc/ECRMREPL). ServiceNow and Jira experience.
