as a key Enterprise Architect in a transformative role within our mission-driven organization. In this position, you will lead the architecture initiatives in a vibrant, cross-functional product team, playing a crucial part in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of architecture artifacts. Your contributions will directly impact the successful go-live activities for interfaces in a federal environment. We are seeking a standout candidate who possesses a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and can effectively communicate these ideas through DODAF-style architectural diagrams. Knowledge of federal contracting regulations is advantageous as you will be working in a highly regulated area. Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and client partners, making familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and business process re-engineering critical for your success. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Architecture artifacts that aid leadership, development, testing, and support of various integrated systems. Ensure all deliverables meet established quality requirements and standards. Proactively monitor project progress and implement measures to mitigate potential issues. Top Skills for Success: Outstanding ability to engage with various stakeholders to grasp interface requirements and create relevant architecture artifacts. Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills. Adept at building rapport and nurturing effective relationships with team members and clients. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%). Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year in a consulting capacity (preferred). Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience. U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the capacity to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Office-based work for four days a week. Preferred Experience and Capabilities: Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts. Technical background in a medical environment. Familiarity with DODAF or other modeling tools. Experience with Cerner (Oracle Health) systems and HL7. Knowledge of security and connectivity principles (ports, protocols, security boundaries). Proficient in Visio or similar visualization software. Experience with CAMEO or analogous modeling tools. Proven experience providing GoLive support for software systems.
