Join Hilton as a Senior Digital Experience Analyst and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital strategy! You will work closely with various teams across Hilton, including Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales, providing data-driven insights that improve our digital channels and enhance customer experience. As part of the Digital Experience Analytics team, you will support executive leadership and drive impactful projects aimed at optimizing our digital marketing and enhancing regional performance.

How You Will Make an Impact

Conduct analyses that address business inquiries and outline significant impacts.
Utilize data to craft comprehensive narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Communicate channel performance through in-depth analyses, impactful visualizations, and effective presentations tailored for key audiences.
Offer measurement recommendations for new digital products and advise on analytics tagging implementations.
Collaboration Opportunities
Work alongside business teams to devise success metrics through analytical guidance.
Collaborate with the Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Full Service teams to deliver cross-functional analyses adhering to measurement standards.
Deliverables You Will Own
Develop standard reports, dashboards, and metrics for effective communication of performance.
Analyze customer engagement data to extract actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
Why You'll Be a Great Fit
You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional experience.
Two (2) years of experience in analytics.
Experience independently leading analyses, projects, or workstreams.
One (1) year working with a digital analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year experience with a coding language/query tool, such as SQL, Alteryx, R, or Python.
Experience using digital analytics debugging tools such as Omnibug or Charles.
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field.
Product/Digital experience within the hospitality/travel sector.
