As a key member of our team, you will provide invaluable support to customers during tax season, ensuring their filing experience is as smooth as possible. COMPENSATION DETAILS - EARN UP TO $24.00 PER HOUR Base pay of $18.50 per hour, which includes guaranteed hourly pay and a $3.00 Network Fee component. Weekly bonus opportunities can add up to $250 based on performance and scheduling. Receive a $100 Weekly Bonus for working between 36-44.99 hours. Earn a $100 Weekly Bonus for working over 45 hours (only one hours-worked bonus applies per week). Earn a TNPS Performance Bonus - $50 Gift Card for achieving 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day without having any TNPS Detractors that same day. BENEFITS Hourly wage of $18.50. Take home an additional $405 Bonus simply for completing the certification process to become a TurboTax Product Specialist. Enjoy the opportunity to work from home and create your own flexible schedule between 8 AM EST and 12 AM midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9-15 for all hours worked. Fast 24-hour certification process. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Success in this role does not require a specific accounting background.
