Receive a $405 bonus just for completing our TurboTax Product Expert certification. Flexible Hours:
Set your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. Minimum 25 hours per week required. Special Bonus Opportunity:
Earn an additional $5/hour from April 9-15 for all hours worked. As a valuable member of our team, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering their questions about: Downloading and Logging In Getting Started with Basic Navigation Importing Documents Printing and Filing Basic Tax Inquiries No specific accounting background is necessary, just a passion for helping others and strong communication skills to deliver clear and empathetic solutions. You will receive comprehensive support throughout your journey, including: Guidance from a Subject Matter Expert during live calls. Advocacy from a Marketplace Performance Specialist.
