Join ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on the Government and Military sectors. In this pivotal role, you will drive impactful digital marketing campaigns across various regions while working closely with the Global Marketing Director and Regional Marketing Managers to ensure that our strategies are locally relevant and aligned with global objectives. You will oversee a comprehensive digital presence, managing diverse online platforms to create a cohesive and engaging brand strategy. Your initiatives will focus on optimizing digital channels—including social media, SEO, and paid search—to boost engagement, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales. Key Responsibilities: Support regional marketing managers across the Americas, EMEA, and JAPAC to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives. Coordinate the development of digital assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and social media content. Ensure that all marketing materials are tailored to suit regional markets, considering localization and cultural relevance. Create and manage a global and regional digital campaign media calendar. Identify target audiences and select the most effective digital channels (e.g., social media, display, search, video) for outreach. Collaborate with both global and regional marketing teams to maintain alignment and consistency across campaigns. Oversee and manage social media profiles to enhance brand visibility and awareness. Strategize and execute digital marketing approaches that elevate the brand's online presence and fulfill business objectives. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies. Create, edit, and publish content on the company website and internal intranet, ensuring usability and effective navigation. Enhance SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Work collaboratively with Regional Managers to adapt global campaigns for local markets in terms of language and imagery. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field; continuous education in SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics is a plus. 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the medical device industry. Digital Marketing Certification is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Google AdWords/GA4, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively. Able to thrive in a matrix organization, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel 5-10% for global team meetings, conferences, and market research. The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 and is eligible for an annual bonus based on the company's bonus plan.
