5+ years in Residential Homebuilding Your Responsibilities Will Include: Overseeing the complete purchasing process for construction materials and supplies. Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery to job sites. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Analyzing and assessing vendor performance to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness. Managing and maintaining accurate purchasing records and systems. Collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in residential homebuilding procurement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. A strong ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
