Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Branch Processor to manage a pipeline of residential mortgage applications. In this role, you are the "engine" of the branch, ensuring that data is compiled, verified, and submitted for approval with precision and speed.
What You'll Do:
Pipeline Coordination:
Prioritize your workflow to ensure every loan closes on schedule. Documentation:
Proactively obtain missing documentation from borrowers and Loan Officers to keep files moving. Compliance:
Ensure all files meet strict state, federal, and internal regulatory standards. Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between the branch, corporate teams, and third-party vendors (Title, Appraisal, etc.). Reporting:
Track and record data on new applications, approvals, and cancellations. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of related mortgage experience. Knowledge of Conventional and Government loan programs. Exceptional customer service skills and a "guest-first" communication style.
This is an in-office position at our West St. Paul, MN, location.
Starting pay ranges from $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for the branch bonus program. Individual rates are based on relevant experience and branch profitability.
