In this pivotal position, you will maximize business value by managing product backlogs efficiently. You will closely collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, engineers, and quality teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals. Your strong business acumen, coupled with technical fluency, will help transform vision into actionable tasks, ensuring compliance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Backlog Ownership & Value Delivery Maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects business strategy and objectives. Establish acceptance criteria and oversee deliverables' quality to align with the Definition of Done (DoD). Facilitate iteration goals and planning in collaboration with Product Managers. Convert customer and business needs into actionable features and user stories that drive measurable value. Integrate the solution architect's design into features while addressing nonfunctional requirements in the backlog. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the voice of the customer to ensure business value and user experience are prioritized in backlog management. Collaborate with Product Managers on vision and strategic roadmaps. Engage with stakeholders, engineers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business value. Build strong relationships across business units to promote trust and transparency. Technical fluency & Quality Leverage technical expertise in data flows, APIs, and analytics solutions to validate and prioritize product features. Work with engineering and QA teams to enforce quality assurance practices in product delivery. Monitor product performance and key technical metrics, proactively addressing any risks. Continuous Improvement & Leadership Mentor other Product Owners and Business Analysts to enhance product delivery practices. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within product teams. Contribute to the Product Owner Community by sharing best practices and tools. Ensure compliance and auditability per organizational policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Software Development. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management. Ability to translate business needs into effective features and user stories. Experience collaborating with technical teams. Familiarity with data models, APIs, and data visualization tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities. Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry is highly desirable. The anticipated salary for this role is between $111,200 - $132,000 annually, with additional incentives based on individual and organizational performance.
