About Our Team: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Technical Documentation team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to excel in clear communication and structured content creation while mastering complex technical systems. You will work closely with seasoned writers, engineers, and product teams to produce and maintain top-notch documentation in support of our products and services. About the Role: Your primary focus will be to develop documentation for pivotal solutions within our financial services portfolio, helping institutions manage global data and comply with regulations efficiently. You will collaborate with customer-facing teams—such as product managers, support staff, and implementation specialists—to ensure documentation meets user needs and business goals. We value your interest or experience in AI and emerging technologies, along with your ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines consistently. Responsibilities: Assist in authoring, editing, and publishing technical documentation using DITA XML in Oxygen XML Editor. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and clarify intricate technical concepts. Employ Git (via Sourcetree) for managing and version-controlling documentation content. Utilize existing transformation scenarios to publish content in various formats like PDF and Help systems. Adhere to established style guides and documentation standards. Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance content quality. Help maintain documentation repositories and contribute to content organization and taxonomy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Basic understanding of XML or HTML and principles of structured authoring. Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred). Quick learner with a knack for new tools and technologies. Detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oxygen XML Editor or similar authoring tools. Exposure to DITA or other structured content models. Understanding of publishing workflows and transformation scenarios. Interest or background in financial products, banking systems, or regulatory documentation. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600.
