Job Overview
This role is essential in supporting brand, business, and communication goals through well-crafted event development and execution for retail locations. You will lead event management, enhance the customer experience, and train your team to uphold consistent service standards. By integrating social media engagement and community outreach, you will build brand visibility and foster local relationships. Measure your success through event outcomes, customer satisfaction, team performance, and alignment with strategic goals. Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute retail events from planning to post-event evaluation to achieve defined metrics and strategic alignment.
Lead and coach employees in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting showroom performance standards.
Develop and maintain impactful social media content and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct proactive community outreach to build local relationships and identify opportunities that support brand awareness and address community needs.
Oversee partner retail events by providing onsite management, logistical support, and training to drive store traffic and customer excitement.
Handle additional duties or projects as assigned by business management as required.
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2-4 years of Retail Management experience in a high-volume environment

Base Pay Range:
$26.11 - $47.10 Corporate Bonus Target:
