Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready environment by executing visual standards and staying informed on product offerings. Utilize store tools to understand sales and inventory, helping guests efficiently. Manage freight by sorting, pushing to the sales floor, and organizing backroom merchandise. Create inspiring visual presentations that enhance the shopping experience. Ensure product availability by executing fills and maximizing merchandising space. Support fitting room experiences by welcoming and assisting guests. Engage with guests to address their needs and create a welcoming atmosphere. Participate in the fulfillment of guests' orders from various services. Maintain a culture of safety and compliance in all duties performed. REQUIREMENTS Enjoy helping others, including guests and team members. Thrive in a fast-paced and physically engaging environment. Be open to working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Possess strong knowledge of apparel products and accessories. Demonstrate effective communication skills. Capability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Ability to remain focused and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting. Comfortable handling cash register operations and managing inventory. Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
