Invitation Homes is a place where possibility lives.## ## The **Senior Manager, BTR Leasing** is responsible for supporting leasing related functions for all Build-To-Rent (BTR) communities.## ## **What You’ll Do*** ## Serve as primary point of contact, alongside Sr Vice President BTR Asset Management for Leasing & Renewal related functions for BTR communities, fostering strong relationships with Market associates and leadership, ensuring effective communication.* ## Prepares and provides regular weekly (or also as needed) reports on Leasing & Renewal functions for BTR communities. Will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out BTR reporting in systems like Tableau, Yardi, and Salesforce that support development of the BTRreporting suite.* ## Supports Market office leadership with all BTR leasing activities obtaining approvals, when required for items related to Leasing & Renewals such as promotions/incentives.* ## Act as a liaison for Market offices to ensure consistent implementation of BTR leasing and renewal strategies and initiatives.* ## Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting leasing and property management, and when changes are implemented for Invitation Homes, provide updates and details on necessary policy and procedure adjustments to ownership.* ## Participate and drive daily Market execution of BTR leasing procedures and process.* ## Collaborate with departments such as Property Management, Marketing and Legal to provide input and support implementation of changes relative to BTR leasing & renewal functions.## ## **Who We’re Looking For*** ## Five or more years of experience in the field of leasing and property management* ## On-site leasing experience* ## Ability to travel to the Markets as needed on a regular basis* ## Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others* ## Real Estate License* ## Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred.* ## Salesforce, Tableau and Yardi or similar Property Management software experience.* ## Extensive experience with Microsoft products including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including advanced functions).* ## Professional verbal and written communication skills.* ## Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.* ## Strong organizational and time management skills.* ## Comprehension of federal fair housing laws, fair credit reporting and any applicable local housing provisions.* ## Must be proactive, self-directed and highly motivated.* ## Ability to make timely and effective decisions.* ## Ability to analyze processes and resolve problems.* ## Ability to maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations.* ## Ability to maintain confidentiality.* ## Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, printer, and copier.## ## **Why Invitation Homes**## We stand for flexibility, opportunity, and a home that people can make their own.
