Utilize your extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization experience to guide project teams effectively. Business Needs Analysis:
Analyze client needs to ensure that Oracle NetSuite solutions are aligned with their goals, employing best practices and in-depth industry knowledge. Problem Resolution:
Address complex client challenges by recommending and executing effective solutions. Collaborate for Success:
Partner with the customer success team to swiftly identify needs, develop creative strategies, and implement solutions that surpass expectations. Passion for Technology:
Apply your analytical and problem-solving acumen to help clients enhance their operational efficiency. Facilitate Workshops:
Lead functional requirements-gathering sessions and solution-focused workshops. Effective Communication:
Interact with clients confidently, demonstrating outstanding presentation skills. Additional Responsibilities: Drive optimization efforts to provide exceptional solutions within established timelines. Guide and mentor client teams while advising leadership on crucial decisions. Effectively manage clients during post-go-live phases. Oversee the delivery of NetSuite application functionalities. Collaborate with technical and performance specialists for optimal client outcomes. Maintain a focus on exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty, managing multiple clients while upholding high standards under pressure. Successful applicants should have strong business analysis skills with experience in gathering customer requirements. Familiarity with NetSuite and a solid understanding of accounting principles will be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in this role. Location and Travel:
This position is based in the United States, with a travel requirement of up to 25%. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, translating to an annual salary range of $53,000 to $126,100.
