Key Responsibilities:
Analyze end-user needs, define product features, and coordinate activities across teams to ensure that quality standards, project deadlines, and business goals are met. This includes gathering and writing requirements for medium to large application features, conducting competitive analyses, and applying discovery techniques for feature prioritization (60%). Develop comprehensive long-term product plans (i.e., roadmaps) and guide stakeholders through the roadmap process for assigned products. This requires collaboration with engineering, marketing, clients, prospects, operations, legal, and others, along with creating financial models for prioritization (20%). Monitor and report on product utilization, spotting trends (10%). Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced staff (10%). Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should possess: a) a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field, coupled with 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban software development environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; b) deep digital subject matter expertise focusing on customer interaction, showcasing experience with medium complexity features and/or entire software applications.
