This is a Remote Full-Time role: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm EST.
Enjoy a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Handle medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, providing updates on medical record status.
Accurately document information across multiple platforms while utilizing dual computer monitors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).

Pay ranges for this position may vary based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other role requirements.
The estimated base pay range for this role is: $16 - $20.50 USD per hour.
To ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and verification of completion of various vaccinations, including flu shots, Tdap, and COVID-19. Requests for exemptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Datavant Human Resources.
