The Digital Product Team within Integrated Services is pivotal in delivering innovative software to our customers. By understanding market trends, engaging with customer feedback, and conducting thorough research, this team shapes how Ford distinguishes its vehicles and crafts beloved experiences.

This role is posted as 'remote' unless the selected candidates reside within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI. Those candidates will follow a hybrid schedule, requiring four days a week in the office.
Your responsibilities will include...
Utilizing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for new digital products that elevate the customer experience.
Collaborating with teams to create essential product documents (PRDs, PRFAQs, Strategy Documents) for digital offerings.
Overseeing product lifecycle management, prioritizing the product backlog, and working closely with design and engineering teams while analyzing market and customer data.
Balancing business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility to deliver exceptional software products.
Engaging hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that enhances user experience.
Conducting product experiments, user interviews, and validating techniques to gather insights.
Analyzing data to ensure we make informed decisions that benefit our customers.
Enhancing the existing Ford Security package with features such as vehicle theft alerts, start inhibition, theft monitoring, and security cameras.
You will have...
A Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products.
Knowledge of consumer-facing vehicle theft prevention, video surveillance, and remote vehicle control.
Strong leadership and communication skills for effectively managing stakeholders across teams.
Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to meet shared goals.
A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that fulfill them.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Solid analytical abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban).
A curiosity for new technologies and a desire for ongoing learning.
Proficiency in Figma’s prototyping features and managing backlogs in Jira.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
3+ years of experience as a product manager for a mobile app, with a track record of successful product launches.
4+ years of professional experience.
Experience working with vehicle or home security products, along with a strong understanding of their functionality.
Expertise in embedded software.

This position falls within salary grades 7-8. Visa sponsorship is not available.
