We are on the lookout for a Guest Relations Agent who embodies a warm and welcoming spirit, excelling in a collaborative, high-energy hotel setting. Prior customer service experience of at least 6 months is required; hotel experience is highly preferred. Position Type:

Must be available to work various evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hourly Salary:

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be a vital part of our guests' experiences, responsible for welcoming guests, registering them, and facilitating smooth check-out processes while ensuring exceptional service and financial success. Your tasks will include: Greeting guests, completing the registration process, inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, coding electronic keys, and promoting hotel services. Assisting guests with check-out by ensuring accurate billing, processing payments, and handling different forms of currency. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions to answer inquiries effectively. Utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and maximize occupancy rates. Addressing guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, friendly, and efficient resolutions. Recording and relaying messages to guests. What We Value:
