Daily Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations to ensure client readiness during launches, migrations, and significant client-impacting changes.
Manage cross-functional timelines; lead readiness checkpoints focusing on scope, timing, quality, communications, and client enablement.
Create impactful client-facing materials, including playbooks, FAQs, and guides, along with internal enablement resources to facilitate smooth adoption.
Monitor post-launch adoption rates, support trends, and issues; proactively address challenges and drive continual improvements.
Effectively communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership; advocate for the removal of blockers and ensure stakeholder alignment across departments.
Oversee a portfolio of readiness initiatives; prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and keep timelines on course.
Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive client readiness plans for assigned projects from initial intake through stabilization.
Establish success metrics, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates; conduct go/no-go assessments with responsible stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional execution while escalating risks with data-driven mitigation strategies.
Produce clear and accurate client-facing documentation and empower internal teams for go-to-market (GTM) and support efforts.
Implement feedback mechanisms (surveys, telemetry, support insights) to drive product iteration based on client needs.
Maintain regular operating procedures, including intake, risk assessments, decision logs, and stakeholder updates.
Champion an exceptional client experience by ensuring that readiness plans minimize disruption and maximize value realization.
Skills and Competencies 5+ years of experience in readiness, enablement, program/project management, or client-facing operations with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success in coordinating diverse teams (Sales, Client Success, Product, Operations) to deliver quality outcomes on complex projects.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at producing clear documentation and executive-level updates.
Proficient in program execution, including managing timelines, dependencies, risk assessments, issue resolution, and change management.
Data-driven in decision-making; comfortable establishing metrics, interpreting dashboards, and converting insights into actionable plans.
Salary Range Transparency Remote US: $115,000 - $145,000 per year Austin Metro: $115,000 - $145,000 per year NYC Metro Area: $125,000 - $155,000 per year Seattle Metro Area: $120,000 - $150,000 per year San Francisco Metro Area: $131,000 - $162,000 per year Salary Disclaimer The reported salary range reflects Indeed’s salary range for this role within the respective location.
