Bilingual Customer Account Specialist , where you can earn a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16.62 to $19.55! Position Overview At Rent-A-Center, we believe in promoting from within; 99% of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents have started as Account Managers. In this exciting role, you'll manage rental accounts while providing outstanding customer service, promoting new products, enhancing account performance, and conducting deliveries and pickups. You will play a vital role in nurturing customer relationships and driving sales growth, all while living our mission and core values. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, cultivating strong customer relationships. Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and achieve established collection goals. Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using our management tools. Complete delivery and pickup routes, as well as follow up on accounts. Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes. Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise. Uphold showroom and vehicle maintenance standards. Follow all safety and operational guidelines set by the company. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Capability to drive a box truck. Willingness to stand and drive for extended periods. Working Conditions Full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off. This is a physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing.
