Your responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of rental accounts while building and nurturing strong customer relationships. Conducting early-stage collections (16 days past due) while consistently meeting daily and weekly collection targets. Ensuring account health and securing payment commitments using efficient management tools. Completing assigned delivery and pickup routes, as well as conducting thorough account follow-ups. Providing exceptional white-glove customer service both in-store and directly in customers' homes. Driving sales growth and generating new rental agreements. Safely transporting, installing, and handling our diverse merchandise. Maintaining showroom standards and ensuring company vehicles are well-kept. Adhering strictly to all company safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Able to lift and move heavier merchandise comfortably. Comfortable driving a box truck. Capable of standing and driving for extended periods. This role is physically active, requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
