Your role as a Customer Account Specialist will involve empowering customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a positive impact in our customers' lives! A typical day may include: Delivering exceptional customer service through friendly, attentive experiences, providing “white glove” service both in-store and during home visits, as well as securing new rental orders in person and over the phone. Engaging in deliveries and pickups, showcasing a spirited attitude while ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, adhering to all handling and transportation procedures while maintaining clean and well-kept vehicles. Contributing to merchandising efforts by keeping the store organized and clean, revitalizing merchandise to like-new condition, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers alike. Minimum requirements include: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles The physical ability to lift and move items like furniture, electronics, and appliances Strong communication and customer service skills We are also looking for additional qualities: A passion for pursuing a career, not just a job A commitment to improving our customers’ lives A desire to learn about the business Grit and determination Physical demands of the job: This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to talk and hear consistently. It involves being active all day - standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing are a part of this role. Coworkers must frequently lift and/or move heavy items. All team members are expected to follow Company safety guidelines while fulfilling the physical demands of their roles. Expected hours of work: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday through Saturday, aligned with store hours. You can expect Sundays off and one weekday off. Work schedules and hours may vary throughout the year based on business needs. This summary does not encompass all duties and responsibilities of the position.
