Who You Are:
You are an expert Enterprise Solutions Architect specializing in Service Desk operations and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. You excel at engaging prospects in the presales cycle, collaborating with sales teams to deliver impactful and technical solutions that enhance IT service management, automation, and operational transformation.
You possess a clear understanding of the complexities involved in modern Service Desk operations, including SLA compliance, incident workflows, and omnichannel support. You translate these needs into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adeptly demonstrating its capabilities to potential clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Function as the Solutions Architect for diverse opportunities related to Application Managed and Professional Services, focusing on ServiceNow ITSM and Service Desk transformation.
Design solutions drawing from in-depth experience in ServiceNow, encompassing various ITSM workflows and Service Desk operations.
Co-create innovative solutions with clients, guide them on best practices, deliver engaging demonstrations, and craft proposals to ensure efficient and automated ITIL-aligned service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM architecture and configuration.
Strong background in Service Desk operations with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Expertise and practical experience in presales solution planning and deal shaping.

Compensation:
Compensation varies based on several factors, including office location and experience level. We invite applications continuously, and we do not have a fixed deadline.
Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum of 8 years in a technology environment, with at least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
