Job Summary As an Enterprise Architect, you will play an essential role in aligning our transformation solutions with our business objectives. You will be at the forefront of documenting initiatives while following established standards and governance. In this position, you will recommend technology and architecture that meet business needs, design scalable operational processes, and develop a strategic roadmap for our enterprise application portfolio. Role Description Ensure transformation solutions align with business objectives.

Lead and document transformative initiatives.

Maintain compliance with service design standards, principles, and governance.

Recommend technology and architecture tailored to business needs.

Design efficient, scalable, and compliant operational processes.

Guide evaluations and selections of technology and product standards.

Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance the enterprise application portfolio.

Engage with executives and stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Combine technical expertise with practical solutions to address challenges.

Foster collaborative strategies and develop solutions across teams.

Intermediate experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum project management methodologies.

Intermediate understanding of system security best practices to protect organizational data.

Intermediate project oversight capabilities to ensure efficiency and goal accomplishment.

Intermediate skills in designing, developing, and integrating APIs for smooth application interaction.

Intermediate expertise in cloud solution design and management for optimal performance.

Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Advanced certification such as TOGAF is mandatory.

5+ years of experience in software development.

5+ years in a technical leadership position.

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Cloud (Public, Private, Automation, Observability)

- Security (Identity, Infrastructure, GRC, DevSecOps)

- Professional Services & Consulting

- Application Development and Modernization

The estimated annual pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $260,000, which includes base salary and bonuses. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
