You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Role In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day servicing of our Surety clients. Your responsibilities will include building relationships and collaborating closely with decision-makers, executing deliverables per our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and completing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include: Issuing Surety Bonds and performing related activities based on instructions from clients and/or managers. Understanding and interpreting information in bond requests. Quickly and accurately entering data from bond requests into the bond issuing system. Processing renewals, cancellations/closures, and riders. Assisting in resolving client/carrier accounting issues. Preparing and submitting billing. Reporting bonds to carriers and managing associated filing activities. Drafting written correspondence, reports, and analyses as needed for management. Communicating effectively with clients, client managers, and team members. Participating in both internal and external meetings. Maintaining client confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Requirements Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 0-2+ years of insurance industry experience in account servicing is a plus. Experience in Surety, especially in an insurance brokerage environment, is advantageous. Familiarity with Epic and Sure Path is a plus. This position will remain open for at least three business days or until suitable candidates are identified.
