Who You Are: You are a Salesforce CPQ Revenue Specialist with a strong problem-solving mindset. You collaborate with project teams to identify and analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Your excellent interpersonal skills help you build rapport with clients, ensuring project success. You excel in managing multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule. Responsibilities: Assess the current state of business processes, identify opportunities for tangible value delivery, and capture high-level requirements to design effective solutions. Transform business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models by developing business cases and guiding key initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing teams to ensure optimal performance and responsible decision-making. Engage with diverse teams, contributing to key decisions and providing cross-team solutions. Possess expert proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, with recommended expertise in Salesforce CPQ. Demonstrate advanced skills in Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on business objectives. Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed technological solutions. Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes and technology solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to execute business transformation initiatives effectively. Continuously review and refine business strategies to align with organizational goals. Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience with cloud-based CPQ solutions. A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically with SFDC CPQ. At least 2 years of experience in Quote to Cash - CPQ implementations. Experience supporting clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); an Associates degree requires a minimum of 6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with the Salesforce platform. Familiarity with Apttus or Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ. Knowledge of business process design and Six Sigma principles. Active participation in software project implementations focused on CPQ. Awareness of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies. Hands-on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and other implementation tasks. Strong technical background complemented by analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
