Senior Customer Service Representative
A well-established company in Cincinnati, OH is looking for to fill a Inside Sales & Customer Sales Support role.
$24-$30hr. First Shift Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales and Customer Sales Support Representative person supports the domestic and international sales teams by providing customer service to clients worldwide. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience from pre-sales inquiries to post-sales support, while working collaboratively with internal teams across various regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage domestic and international orders through the company's CRM or order management system. Ensure all order details are accurate, including product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and address any potential delays or issues. Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, account inquiries, and general product/service questions within established knowledge limits. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, technical service, finance, and sales) to ensure seamless problem resolution. Responsible for inputting all special pricing on a customer-by-customer basis globally and reviewing and tracking dealer rebates for accounting to process. Accurately completes and submits administrative reports/fees, tracks payments and spending data for each contract, and ensures proper tagging of all accounts with the correct GPO affiliation and terms. Acts as the primary point of contact for the Support team in the manager's absence and oversees team responsibilities as needed. Sourcing new sales opportunities and generate leads through in-bound follow-up and out-bound cold calls and emails. Effectively retain and expand assigned accounts while achieving / exceeding sales goals. Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers that do not require in-person sales visits or services. Build relationships with current / potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online interactions to understand their needs and present solutions. Generate new sales from past customers that do not require in-person sales visits or service. Track sales activities, maintain, update customer records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, sales, or marketing preferred. 2+ years of Inside Sales experience and/or 3+ years in customer service positions Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP Knowledge of EDI. Strong negotiation, influential leadership and phone sales skills. Superior understanding of value-based selling. Proficient in working with all levels within the customers organization, as well as internal business partners. Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
