Full‑time position
This role generally requires a basic to mid‑level maintenance/handyman skill set and does not require any certifications.
The Team Member Typically Has Experience With
Light maintenance and repair (changing ceiling tiles, tightening hinges, minor plumbing fixes like unclogging drains, adjustments for sinks, toilets, faucets)
Basic electrical tasks that do not require a license (replacing bulbs/ballasts, resetting breakers)
HVAC support (filter changes, reporting issues to the engineer)
General facility upkeep and preventive maintenance
Assisting the building engineer or facility manager with daily tasks
Vendor escorting and support during repairs
Basic drywall patching and paint touch‑ups
Basic tools, knowledge, and safe work practices
Provide hands‑on support to keep day‑to‑day maintenance running smoothly.
Requirements Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday & Tuesday OFF)
Must pass: Fingerprint check and clear background.
Location: 2200 Lake Woodlands Dr.
