We’re hiring a Janitorial Outside Porter to support daily cleaning and upkeep of commercial facilities. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness in common areas and ensuring a professional environment throughout the day. Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning of common areas. Power blow parking areas. Empty exterior trash. Pick up trash and debris on exterior of property. Maintain the cleanliness of parking garage. Assist maintenance department when needed. Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Respond to spill cleanups and special cleaning needs as they arise. Follow cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards. Communicate issues or maintenance needs to supervisors. Assist inside porter when needed. Requirements
Prior janitorial or porter experience preferred. Ability to work independently and follow cleaning protocols. Attention to detail and reliability. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts. Professional appearance and communication. Reliable transportation. Pass background check. Must be able to work in the United States. Benefits
