The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a program-revenue-driven operating model, with a focus on earned income, enrollment-based budgeting, cost controls, and long-term financial planning. The role also requires a leader who can effectively partner with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective decision-making in support of the organization's long-term sustainability. The Executive Director will play a central role in the organization's complex governance structure and must be adept at inspiring others to contribute to the mission.
