The Company is seeking an Area Vice President for Insurance Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and acquiring new business revenue, with a focus on small to mid-size companies with high revenue. This role involves providing tailored services to clients, participating in team sales, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and the appropriate insurance licensing, or a combination of a Bachelor's degree, participation in a sales internship program, and the necessary insurance licensing. A high school diploma with 6 years of experience is also acceptable. Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM may be preferred.
Applicants for the Area Vice President position at the company should be prepared to act independently, with minimal direction, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to apply industry technologies to sales and account service, as well as the capacity to develop and maintain interdivision and intercompany relationships.
