The Company is in search of a Vice President for Carrier Practice Sales, a pivotal role dedicated to driving growth within the specialty property and casualty insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners. This senior-level position demands a seasoned and strategic business development leader with a strong network of decision-makers, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Applicants for the Vice President, Carrier Practice Sales role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of related experience, with a preference for those holding professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the specialty insurance market is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
