Position: Leasing Professional Location: Providence Glen - Columbus, OH Office Hours: Part-Time, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
Who You Are:
You’re a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents while supporting the success of the community.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or relevant sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
Tax credit experience preferred
Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. From first contact through move‑in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market-ready, and welcoming.
Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
Ensure a smooth, seamless move‑in experience and confirm property readiness
Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market‑ready vacancies
Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events.
