Accident and Illness supplemental plansAs a Collision Tech you will be required to follow repair estimates and insurance company processes, additionally collision techs will straighten frames, remove and reinstall body panels and structural components, repairing dents in metal panels using hand and power tools. Working with body filler material on repairs.. Complete work within production schedule and meet deadlines.Knowledge with Electric, gas and MIG welding processes is preferred. Candidates must have at least 2 years of previous body repair experience. Must have ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.Work is performed indoors in a shop environment, tool usage includes mechanic’s hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force, standing and walking will be required for entire work shift in order to complete job duties. Pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be required frequently to access all parts of vehicles being worked on. Lifting as well as pushing and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally required.Join Kendall Auto Group and START SOMETHING GREAT!#### RequirementsAt least 2 years of collision repair experience and the ability to complete light to heavy repairs including structural work. I-CAR or ASE Certified Technicians are preferred.
