Job Description
The Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering an elegant, intuitive, and seamless dining experience that reflects the estate’s luxurious ambiance. From intimate wine pairings to coursed tasting menus, you’ll elevate every interaction with grace and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional service in line with Flat Creek’s elevated brand tone.
Guide guests through the menu and wine list, offering pairings and recommendations with confidence.
Communicate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate order execution.
Maintain a polished, clean station and assist with setup, reset, and closing duties.
Process payments and handle guest feedback with poise and discretion.
Support special events, wine dinners, and seasonal experiences as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of serving experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (wine certification a plus).
Passion for hospitality and attention to detail in every guest interaction.
Availability for nights, weekends, and wine event coverage.
Grace under pressure and excellent communication skills.
