This position supports daily debit/credit card operations, processes fraud claims, maintains card portfolios, and partners with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive member experience.

What You'll Do Process card orders, reissues, and account maintenance Investigate and monitor card-related fraud claims Support card portfolio tracking and reporting Respond to internal and member card inquiries Collaborate with branches, lending, accounting, and vendors Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies What We're Looking For 3-5 years of related banking, card services, fraud, or financial operations experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to balance member service with risk mitigation Professional communication and conflict resolution skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial systems High school diploma or GED required Why Join Us?
