Warranty Booker
to support our high-volume service department. This role is essential in ensuring repair orders are accurately processed, warranty claims are properly submitted, and technician workflow is efficiently managed.
Schedule
Tuesday - Saturday- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Department Hours: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Qualifications
Previous dealership experience (Warranty Booker or Service Advisor experience preferred) CDK experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of dealership repair order and warranty processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team collaboration skills We offer the best-in-class industry benefits:
