Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Daily call lists to assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
Able to meet and market outside the office in downtown Midland on a scheduled weekly basis.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Participate in marketing events and efforts to promote awareness within the community.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Stay up to date on training in all products offered and participate in training events/meetings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Bi-lingual Spanish speaker
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while achieving sales goals.
Strong sales background a must.
Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Must possess general lines Property & Casualty, as well as Life/Health state insurance licenses.
