Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Washington, DC and Reston, VA offices. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
3-5 years of patent litigation experience involving researchand drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motion papers.
Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries required.
Advanced degree in Biology/Biological Sciences or related degree preferred.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
