Intern, Creative Designer

The Role and What You'll Do: Support the design team across a wide range of projects, including brand, digital, print, presentation, and experiential work Assist with layout builds, visual explorations, and presentation design under the guidance of senior designers and art directors Help prep, organize, and maintain design files for internal and client-facing use Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and team discussions Gain exposure to real client work and an understanding of how creative teams collaborate across disciplines Learn agency workflows, creative process, and design best practices Other creative-related duties as specified by your manager You Have These:

Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field Strong foundation in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint (or eagerness to learn) Motion graphics skills are a plus A portfolio of student or personal work demonstrating visual thinking and craftsmanship Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Natural interest and awareness in design, culture, media, and creative trends Program Details

We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; global licensing business IMG Licensing; and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). All internships are in the office and in person.

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the internship location.

Important Dates

Mid-March: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending most offers by middle of March. June 8 - August 14: US internship program dates June 29 - September 4: EMEA internship program dates

3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager: If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.

4. Offer or Decline: If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility

Our program is designed for rising seniors and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate program, unless otherwise noted.

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum: $18.50 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum: $18.50 hourly
