Comscore is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to work within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and well-designed Salesforce solutions while safeguarding data integrity and system health. As part of the Salesforce team at Comscore, you'll play a key role in increasing Salesforce adoption and utilization, improving data quality and reliability, and supporting the timely resolution of user issues. This is an internally facing position, and you'll be interacting with people at all levels and across all functional areas at Comscore.

What You'll Do:

System Administration/Configuration

Managing day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and workflows, validation rules, automation (flows) and all other configuration to streamline operations and align Salesforce with Comscore's evolving business requirements.

Evaluating and implementing AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations

Maintaining system documentation and creating training materials for end-users

Managing data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity

Performing regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health

Establishing and maintaining data entry standards and deduplication processes

Creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

What You'll Need:

You've got a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

You've got 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration Experience in a mid-to-large org and have through knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its core functionalities and customization options, data management tools, and automation features

You're Salesforce Certified

You're able to demonstrate ownership of a Salesforce production environment with a history of leading end-to-end enhancements from discovery to design to build to release and adoption

You have a strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes

You ideally have experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

You're able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently

You've got a strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts, and understand how Apex works in tandem with other low-code solutions in Salesforce

You've got a solid working knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, especially as it's implemented with Salesforce's CPQ solution

You've got outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can clearly and effectively communicate with users at all levels of the organization

You have experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can work independently as well as collaboratively

You're comfortable working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators

You're a proactive problem solver, not just reactive support

You're able to adapt to and embrace change

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000; Commensurate with experience
